Visitation

Visitors’ Procedure:

For the safety and security of ENIITCO GEN. TRADING EAST OÜ associates, visitors, and property, the following procedures apply:

– Unauthorized individuals are prohibited from entering production areas.
– Authorized visitors must comply with company rules, sign in, and pay a visitation fee of EUR 285 per person.
– Visitors will be escorted and monitored during their stay.

Purpose:

To ensure the safety, security, and access control ofENIITCO GEN. TRADING EAST OÜ facilities, the following policies and procedures have been established:

– Off-Duty Associates: Associates are not allowed access to the facility during their off-duty hours.
– Visitors: All non-associates must sign in and out, wear a dated visitor’s pass, and return it when leaving. Unauthorized visitors will be asked to leave until a pass is obtained.
– Suppliers, Contractors, Delivery Personnel: Non-associates must sign in, wear a visitor or contractor pass, and follow specific guidelines (e.g., truck drivers, delivery personnel).
– Safety: All individuals on company property or in company vehicles must comply with safety rules, regulations, and policies.
